The location was prime and the lobby looked good, but my room left much to be desired. i found the carpet stained and worn, though the room size was adequate. It was very disappointing. also, the air conditioning was weak, and it struggled to cool the room, despite my fiddling with the controls. the stuffy air made sleeping difficult

I appreciated the prime location near major attractions. The staff was helpful. Jagruti's check-in assistance was really good. I found Arif's attention to detail excellent. He quickly handled my check-in. He answered my questions about the surroundings too.
The room decor seemed a little dated. It could benefit from an update though everything was clean.

Charming Stay Near Harrods!

I enjoyed the excellent location a short walk from Harrods and the train station. The staff was very polite and well-mannered (a real treat!). I especially appreciated Payal, who provided an early check-in for me. The team members were lovely and breakfast was good.
I noticed the decor seemed a bit dated.

The area not sketchy at all with elegant and luxury brands nearby (convenient for a shopping trip!). Public transportation is close and the hotel is centrally located in a nice neighborhood, made getting around the city simple.
